"Wedang Red Ginger"
This "Wedang Red Ginger" is very special. Fit to drink when the air is cold in the rainy season. Not only is able to keep warm but powerful red ginger can pump stamina, especially for men. Try making this by yourself at home and feel the warm & the effect !
ingredients:
-10 cm of fresh red ginger
-500 ml of water
-150 g brown sugar
-2 tablespoons white sugar
-10 grains of black pepper
-2 grains of cardamom
-4 grains pimento
-1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
-1 pandan leaves
How to make:
1.Roasted red ginger on hot coals until lightly browned. Remove, peel the skin, crushed.
2.Boil the water with red ginger and other ingredients over low heat.
3.Continue to cook until water is reduced to be about 2 cups.
4.Lift,Strain and serve hot.
